Customer feedback helps raise money for Help for Heroes charity

Waverley recently received a letter on behalf of Bryn & Emma, the co-founders of Help for Heroes, thanking us for our recent donation to this worthy cause. What this charity has achieved and the work it continues to do is incredible and we are really pleased to be able to contribute.

Whilst Waverley’s method of raising funds couldn’t claim to be as exciting as some other activities such as climbing mountains or cycle rides, it does keep us on our toes! At the end of every job, we send a simple customer satisfaction survey via email to ask our clients one simple question: On a scale of 1-10 how likely are you to recommend Waverley to a friend or colleague? For every response we get we donate £1 to Help for Heroes.

As well as producing funds for a worthy cause this gives us invaluable feedback on how our customers view our performance. We get some great scores and the comments coming back but we know we’re only as good as our last job, so this keeps us humble and working hard to continually improve.

Research shows that 1 in 11 soldiers who served in the British Army between 1991 and 2014 will need a helping hand and Help for Heroes’ goal is to ensure these heroes don’t battle alone.

So, next time you receive a customer satisfaction email from Waverley – please respond! Not only will you be helping us improve our performance, but you will be contributing to the welfare of our country’s bravest men & women.
