What are a company’s values? 

They are fundamental principles that guide relationships with all stakeholders including with customers. 

Our core values are the tempo, the basis, the kernel and essence of our working life. 

Waverley have thought hard about this and have identified these four as our Core Values

…for our clients, our colleagues, and for the environment.

Listening, encouraging, saying “thank you” and helping each other – these underpin our respect for each other on a daily basis.  We seek to treat our customers as we do our co-workers, and show the same consideration to the environment around us.                

TEAMWORK…

…we all strive to deliver on time, right first time.

‘A job worth doing is worth doing well’ says the old adage!  Holding to our lead times whenever possible and delivering products and projects on time is our ultimate aim every day.  Co-operation, communication and collaboration ensure we achieve more – with this comes job satisfaction and it is the result of teamwork.      

INTEGRITY…

…we keep our promises and tell the truth – always.

We do what we say, honour our commitments and keep our promises.  To be trustworthy and keep our word are virtues that mean a lot to us.  It means following your convictions and doing the right thing in all circumstances, even if no one is watching you.  ‘To thine own self be true’.

We continually update and improve our processes, and have a commitment to training and development for all staff in all roles.  We have many accreditations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Site staff have all necessary up-to-date health and safety training.  We refine and streamline our systems and performance in order to continually improve our service and maintain quality.standards.
